Katrino has been hosting sauna ceremonies at Spear Sauna for over a year. She infuses her product making business, yogi oils, shamanic work, yoga teaching wisdom, plant spirit medicine, sweat lodge experience and much more to bring you a multi sensory and exciting journey in the sauna. She weaves personal experience, local traditions and honours wisdom from far off lands.

Cacao has played a huge part in my life for many years and i have recently enjoyed using cacao in my own personal skincare. It has many benefits which we will dive into during our time together. During this delicious sauna session you will indulge in all things chocolate. Skincare, rituals, meditations and intentions. I will also be bringing in yogi oils essential oil blends to use on the hot stones to make this truly an indulgent experience (with surprises, fun and challenges along the way 😉!)

We will finish with a delicious & creamy plant milk hot chocolate or cacao husk tea.

A 2 hour sauna spa experience using all things (hot) chocolate!

Yogi oils chocolate orange body scrubs, cacao body butter, cacao honey facemask, ceremonial cacao and vanilla infused facial oil and a creamy plant based hot choc to finish!

Using essential oils on the stones, meditations and intentions to enhance the experience.

Expect your senses and skin to be absolutely & deliciously indulged!

Please bring 2 towels. 1 to sit on and 1 to dry off afterward. 
Bring a water bottle.

Full changing facilities and hot showers for after in the Lost Shore changing rooms just by the sauna.
