The Harvest

In tune with the seasons. Join us in the embrace of the seasons for a unique ritual which will weave together nature, the elements, shamanic practices, intentions, stories, plant symbolism and your senses. We’ll use natural yogi oils skincare products to create a deeply nourishing and skin-loving sauna spa experience which will always be inspired by where nature is and include plant rituals working with the plants of the season. 

After some gentle movement and breath to open your body outside the sauna, you will sink into 1.45 hrs of an immersive, elemental & seasonal wild spa ritual in Spear Sauna with Katrino and her natural products and essential oil blends.
 
— Body scrubs to awaken and exfoliate  the skin
— Sauna honey facemask infused with local foraged earth magic to nourish and soften
— Smoke smudge for energetic cleansing
— Optional cold water dips and cold buckets

Please bring 2 towels. 1 to sit on and 1 to dry off afterward.

Full changing facilities and hot showers for after in the Lost Shore changing rooms just by the sauna.

Seasonal refreshments included. Tea & fruit.
