Wild Sauna - Coldingham Bay

£20 for a 60 minute session
Join us for a wellness escape in nature with our wild sauna experience at beautiful Coldingham Bay.
Our 2 large (10 person) sauna tents will be located right on the beach.
You'll be able to warm up, cold dip or swim, and repeat as many times as you like during your chosen 60 minute session.
Please be prepared for the Scottish weather but we hope you'll embrace the wild with us come rain or shine.

We recommend arriving with your swimwear underneath your clothes which allows for a quick change at the sauna.
A dry robe is ideal to change in.
Please bring 2 towels - a small one to sit on in the sauna (the benches can get quite hot) and one to dry off afterwards.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
