Join us for a wild sauna experience at beautiful Coldingham Bay.

Our 10 person and 4 person sauna tents will be located right on the beach.

You'll be able to warm up, cold dip or swim, and repeat as you like over the 90 minute morning or afternoon sessions.

The Beach Cafe will be open at the entrance of the beach with delicious food and drink to keep you nourished.

Please be prepared for the Scottish weather but we hope you'll embrace the wild with us come rain or shine.

We recommend arriving with your swimwear underneath your clothes which allows for a quick change at the sauna.
A dry robe is ideal to change in.
Please bring 2 towels - a small one to sit on in the sauna (the benches can get quite hot) and one to dry off afterwards.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
