10.30am-12.30pm then 2.30pm-4.30pm
£20 for a 2 hour session
Join us for a wild sauna experience in beautiful Abbey St Bathans.
Our large 10 person sauna tent will be located next to the Whiteadder river for you to enjoy.
You'll be able to warm up, cold dip or swim, and repeat as many times as you like over the morning or afternoon sessions.
Just a short walk away there's the lovely Woodlands Cafe that can supply you with tasty treats and drinks. There are also toilets and a car park there.
Please be prepared for the Scottish weather but we hope you'll embrace the wild with us come rain or shine.

We recommend arriving with your swimwear underneath your clothes which allows for a quick change at the sauna.
A dry robe is ideal to change in or there is also the option of the toilets at the Woodlands Cafe.
Please bring 2 towels - a small one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterwards.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
