We are so excited to be returning to host sauna at the 15th Tiree Music Festival 2026.

Join us for an exhilarating thermal contrast session or enjoy some calm and recovery during your time at the festival.

We have 2 ten-person sauna tents for you to enjoy at the seafront at the festival, where you can cool off in the turquoise Atlantic Ocean.

We have public social sauna sessions available to book below. Alternatively, have a catch-up with friends or family, and make it exclusive by booking a whole sauna.

We’re sure you're aware of the Scottish island weather, just a reminder to be prepared, but we hope you'll embrace the wild with us, come rain or shine. No matter the weather, you can rely on us to bring the heat.

  • Please bring 2 towels. 1 to sit on as our benches can get very hot, and for hygiene.
    The second towel to dry off afterwards.

  • Water shoes can be handy for navigating around any stones/rocks at low tide.

  • They both seat up to 10 people and offer the same soothing sauna experience.

    The black sauna tent is an updated design.

    We have them differentiated so if you want to come with friends you can coordinate your bookings to sauna together.

  • Each sauna tent has a capacity of 10.

    If you would like a private session, on the booking page, please add 10 in the quantity and choose a time that has 10 available slots.

  • Please bring 2 towels.

  • Please arrive at your allotted session time if you’re wanting to head straight into the warmth of the sauna.

    If you’re keen to start with a cold dip in the sea, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your session.

  • Everybody has a different tolerence to heat and cold.
    Feel free to enter and exit the sauna at any time during your session.

    We recommend 5-15 minutes of sauna heat followed by a cool off for a few minutes.

    Please listen to your body.

    On a scale of 1-10, 10 being you’re body is telling you it’s really struggling with the heat, you want to cool off when you get to 7.

  • We don’t have lifeguards present on the beach, you enter the water entirely at your own risk.

  • A 60 minute sauna session is £20.

    Sauna not only gives incredible physical benefits from the heat and contrast therapy but we believe the social part of the experience is just as important as the temperature.

    60 minutes allows yout the time to slow down, reset and maximise the recovery and wellness potential.

    Please keep conversation friendly and respectful.

  • Sauna can be physically intense. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk.

    Please consult your GP before using the sauna if you:

    Have low or high blood pressure
    Are pregnant
    Are on any prescription medication
    Have had a heart attack in the last 6 months
    Have any heart or circulatory disorder
    Have Epilepsy or Diabetes
    Are prone to dizziness or fainting

    If there is any uncertainty it is advised to refrain from using the sauna.

    We reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk and refunds will not be given.

  • You can cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your session.
    There is a £3 admin fee per booking.

    Any cancellations withing 48 hours of your session are non-refundable.

    If you can’t make it feel free to pass on the seat to a friend.
