The Yogi Space - Sunday Reset

Join us for a rejuvenating morning of movement, breath and contrast therapy.

This 90 minute session includes:

Gentle Yoga flow , Breath-work, cold dip in the Cove and time in the sauna where we'll end with a deeply relaxing meditation, to leave you feeling restored, balanced and ready for the week ahead. 

Suitable for all levels, surfers and non-surfers alike.   

Event details:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the event to get situated on site and to change.

  • Please bring a yoga mat.

  • We recommend wearing swimwear under your yoga clothes.

  • We share the changing facilities (changing rooms, toilets, hot showers and lockers) with Lost Shore which is the building closest to the sauna and less than a minute away. Some prefer to arrive with their swimwear underneath their clothes which allows for a quick change at the sauna. We have hooks and space to store your gear.

  • A dry robe/robe is ideal to walk from/to the changing rooms.

  • Wear shoes or flip flops for the journey from/to the changing rooms as the path is cold and can be stony.

  • Please bring 2 towels - a small one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterwards. 

  • Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
