It’s the perfect opportunity to come together, set meaningful intentions for the year ahead and soak in nourishing energy to begin the new year feeling centred and inspired. Please arrive 15 minutes before the event to get situated on site and to change.
We share the changing facilities (changing rooms, toilets, hot showers and lockers) with Lost Shore which is the building closest to the sauna and less than a minute away. Some prefer to arrive with their swimwear underneath their clothes, which allows for a quick change at the sauna. We have hooks and covered space to store your gear.
A dry robe/robe is ideal to walk from/to the changing rooms.
Wear shoes or flip flops for the journey from/to the changing rooms as the path is cold and can be stoney.
Please bring 2 towels - a small one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterwards.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
If the session has fewer than 5 bookings, the event won’t go ahead, and you’ll be notified and refunded.
